Profile

Paul Ruholl is part of the SNSF-funded project „Unequal Representation of Urban and Rural Voters“. He is a PhD Candidate in Political Science. His research focuses on geographic differences in political representation and attitudes.


Paul holds a M.Sc. in „Sociology: Social research“ from the University of Cologne and spent time at both Charles University and Sabancı University. In his Master's thesis, he explored which regional-level contextual factors are associated with populist attitudes in Germany, and how.
