Teaching and Doctoral Training

Dr. Felix Oyosoro teaches in the fields of International Relations and Security Studies, with a focus on international relations theory, African politics, and conflict and security. His teaching combines theoretical perspectives with empirically grounded analysis, and places particular emphasis on developing students’ analytical and methodological skills.

He welcomes supervision of Bachelor’s and Master’s theses in international relations theory (including non-Western approaches), security studies, African politics, and the study of protest, political violence, and non-state actors. He is particularly interested in projects focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa, as well as comparative and theoretically driven research.
